Shine is a holistic and integrated family based poverty eradication program that can be scaled up indefinitely. It listens to the abilities and challenges of each family it serves and offers them relevant developmental opportunities making use of existing and tested programs. This, combined with the use of app and cloud technology for program implementation, monitoring, evaluation and transparency, ensures, optimal efficient and effective outcomes.
